I realized that I post few engagement photo sessions even though I shoot them quite often during the year. If I have to tell the truth, an Engagement photo session in Tuscany , Siena area is something I do really love shooting as this kind of photo service has no rules, nor place and time.

It can be customized according to what the couple would like to express, how they feel or trust me enough to explore new places that sometimes are hidden even to me that I've been working as a wedding photographers for so many years now. Everything is definitely more spontaneous and the couple can really enjoy the photo session, being confortable and have so much fun. On my side the connection with them is stronger, we can all be less formal then during a wedding as it happens during elopements.

There are huge perks in this of course for my creativity that always has a boost in these situations. I shoot while we are walking and talking about whatever comes to our minds, we hike up sun-burned hills and have some rest in the shadows of ancient medieval walls. Each of this moments creates a particular microcosm, one that is just for the couple.

And while we chat, unexpected ideas come to my mind. In these photo shoot, after a few moments in the amazing medieval Siena city Center, we decided to take the countryside road, just a few minutes away, it was such a hot day and I clearly remember wearing a Psyduck t-shirt, that I later found out was the groom-to-be favourite Pokémon. We climbed up the rusty hills and waited for the best moment to shoot, enjoying the sunset without any rush.
