An Engagement Session in Tuscany, Florence & Siena and the countryside. Natural light, storytelling and an unforgettable sunset.
Zoe and Ross live in Japan, but for a few days Tuscany became their place.
We spent two afternoons together, moving slowly through some of the most iconic landscapes in Italy, letting the cities, and the light, guide the rhythm of the story.
The first day took us to the heart of Florence. The sky never opened, not even for a moment. No sunlight, no dramatic sunset – and yet, everything worked perfectly. The soft light, the stone textures, the constant movement of the city created an intimate and timeless atmosphere, where Zoe and Ross could simply be themselves.
The following day was a completely different story. Siena welcomed us with a new energy, and as we moved from the historic center into the Tuscan countryside, the light began to change. The sun finally appeared, and the session slowly built toward an unforgettable ending.
That evening, we were gifted with one of the most beautiful sunsets I can remember – intense, warm, and emotional, the kind of light you don’t plan, you just receive.
This engagement session in Tuscany became a journey through different moods and places: Florence, Siena, and the countryside. Three settings, two days, one story – told naturally, without forcing anything, simply following the connection between two people.

This is how I approach engagement sessions in Tuscany: no rush, no rigid plans, just space to move, to feel, and to create something honest. Whether it’s an intimate walk through a historic city or a quiet moment at sunset in the countryside, the goal is always the same – to tell your story in a way that feels real and personal.
